Leadership is hard. Everyone (especially inexperienced CEO’s 🤦‍♂️ named Anton Babkov - that's me!) needs to be supported in their journey to develop the skills and mindset to be a leader.

I’ve been extremely lucky over the last year and a half to have the support of my leadership coach, Daphne.  She’s an incredible human, a trained vicar(!) and builder of people.

Daphne is always in my corner but always ready to challenge with respect. She’s now helping a number of others in our leadership team to develop into leaders that empower the collection of talented people that make up our broader teams.
